Need a well-designed and thoughtful process to help your small group or organization move towards your visions and goals? For nearly 20 years, I have been consulting and facilitating small groups, communities, organizations, and other institutions engaged in social change through creative, intentional, and person-centered experiences that lead to long-term culture and programmatic change.
Most recently at Design Impact (a social innovation firm), I co-designed and facilitated community-led research and change processes aimed at understanding complex social issues and identifying sustainable ideas and approaches. I consulted with philanthropists and non-profits, guiding them on how to center and embody equity in their strategies, organizations, grant-making, and relationships.
My approach involves fostering collaboration, empowering diverse voices, and co-creating solutions that address the unique needs of communities. With a deep commitment to social impact, I bring a wealth of experience in facilitating inclusive dialogues, building capacity for systemic change, and nurturing environments that inspire innovation and progress.
